We want you to feel completely confident trying The Father's Heart Letters. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and we'll refund your $1 — no questions asked.

Because our letters are prepared and mailed on a set schedule (the 1st Monday of each month), we are unable to offer refunds once a letter has been dispatched for your billing cycle beyond the initial 30-day guarantee period. We encourage you to cancel your subscription before the next mailing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your letter upon arrival and contact us immediately if it arrives damaged. We'll make it right. Reach us at support@chatswithgod.com.

Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for unused months.
